Resolved Question: need help with traffic ticket in Costa Mesa, CA?

Hi, i got a ticket 2 weeks ago because I did not stop before making a right turn at the red light in Costa Mesa, Harbor Blvd and Adam blvd, the ticket is home today and it's $366.00, my brother and my dad got the same ticket few months ago and their ticket is only $153.00 but it was in Garden Grove, I think that's not fair so i want to go to the court, but what should i say at the court? i thought only running red light cost that much, i did not run a red light, even if i did run a red light there were alot of camera, they'd have take the pictures if i ran right? any suggestions are appreciate!...
